VLC PLUGIN LIBDE265 UPGRADE
P.s., I remember that last time I installed 17.3, it came with kernel 3.19.0-32 or such.I installed ukuu like usual before doing an upgrade from inside 17.1 to 17.3, and there's only a few non-experimental etc. Never had this much difficulty in installing a new version of VLC, I wish I could use 18, but I will only do so when I am forced to and have to try learn how AMDGPU-PRO or the other options are so that my 2 AMD GPU's can work fully like they are now.

Another pack of debs I found, said to install vlc-nox first since it depends on it, I try to do that and then it tells me it can't install because (=someubuntuversion).and it's a 14.04 deb.so that made no sense to me.

I searched, a lot, on 4 search engines, found a lot of seemingly good things on good websites I know of, some stuff I took a pass on since I did not know the site the deb came from, or a PPA which had a "york0" at the end of the otherwise perfectly fine looking series of VLC deb packages, the whole thing, with about 20 plugins and libvl this and that.

deb that will work in mint 17.3 64 bit mate that will install 2.2.0, at least, which I think is the minimum for x265 playback being included natively in VLC. I remember I got VLC to play x265 videos in my old 17.3 by using the "hg" command full of parameters I did not understand, the computer worked for a while and returned me to the prompt with no message, but indeed VLC had been modified and I was able to play x265 videos without even any package or VLC update. I'm pretty sure even with my solid ffmpeg which I have even made a package of and installed directly with checkinstall and managed to find libx265, libx265-dev and x265 packages for Trusty, they will not play in VLC, only sound, saying it can't play HEVC video and there's nothing I can do about it in the error box. One PPA had 2.2.1 in it, but also for some reason had 2.1.6! So when I typed in sudo apt-get install vlc, it said it was already installed. I found several PPA's, a couple of which do not include Trusty (by the way, is Mint 17.3 14.04.4 or 14.04.5, Trusty-Tahr or such?). I know I was running vlc 2.2.x at least in 17.1. VLC 2.1.6 only plays sound with x265 videos.

The lowest value a signed int can be is 0, so once it goes below 0 it rolls over to 18446744073709551615 which is the highest value it can hold on a 32 bit system.Tried several PPA's.I mean, before I accidentally destroyed my 17.1 partition where I was able to play x265/HEVC encoded videos, I definitely had a VLC that was much newer than 2.1.6, I also always compile my own ffmpeg using this guide :, which I use since forever, I made a new one. This happens becase MySQL treats the resulting value as an unsigned int. The returned resultset will have both integers, and the total of both of them. SELECT Int1, Int2, Int1 + Int2 as Total FROM Table To return Int1 and Int2, as well as the result of Int1 + Int2, the following query will suffice: Take a table (for the sake of simplicity it can be called Table), with two integer fields (Int1 and Int2). MySQL makes it easy to return the result of simple calculations within the query itself, something as simple as adding a couple of columns together. The individual country arrays could be extended with as many fields as you like, and sorted based on those fields.

The output from the above function with the above array will look like this:

$sorted_country_name = SortMultiDimArrayOnField($unsorted_array,"CountryName") $sorted_country_code = SortMultiDimArrayOnField($unsorted_array,"Countr圜ode") $temparray = array_map('strtolower', $temparray) This article shows a function designed to perform a case insensitive sort on a two dimensional array based on the name of the element.įunction sort_multi_array_by_field($array,$field)

But how to sort multi-dimensional arrays based on the element name? It's much more convenient to refer to array elements by name rather than the index number. Multi-dimensional arrays are a common feature of programming projects, as are associative arrays.
